摘　　要：目的：对支气管哮喘患者采取塞曲司特进行治疗,以探究塞曲司特的疗效.方法：我院从2009年7月到2010年3月所收治的支气管哮喘患者110例.其中根据支气管哮喘防治指南的标准将患者分为1组（轻度持续）、2组（中度持续）、3组（重度持续）三组,将每组患者又随机分为A、B两组.凡A组进行塞曲司特治疗,凡B组进行孟鲁司特进行治疗,采取我国卫生部所制定的〈新药（西药）临床研究指导原则汇编〉中的相关研究指导原则,采用积分法,在患者治疗前和治疗后分别进行评定.结果：两组患者在治疗后的记分差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;A组有效率与B组相比,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;1A、2A组患者的有效率高于3A组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;1B、2B组患者有效率高于3B组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：塞曲司特与孟鲁司特具有近似的临床疗效以及安全性,尤其是在治疗轻度和中度的支气管哮喘方面有效,是一种有效的治疗支气管哮喘的新型治疗药物.Objective： efficacy in patients w^th bronch{al asthma to take seratrodast treatment, in order to explore the seratroda^t. Methods：patients with bronchial asthma admitted to our hospital from July 2009 to March 2010,110 cases. Which according to the standards of the bronchial asthma prevention and treatment guidelines were divided into group 1 （mild persistent）, group 2 （moderate persistent）, group 3 （severe persistent） three groups,each group of patients were randomly divided into two groups （A, B）. Where group A seratrodast treatment, where the group B of monte- lukast treatment,take China＇s Ministry of Health to develop a ＂new drug （Western） clinical studies related research in the compilation of guiding principles＂ guiding principles,using the integral method, patients before and after treatment were assessed. Result： The patients in the treatment of the score differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）A,group have efficiency compared with group B,the difference was statistically signifi- cant （P〈0.05）;1A,2A group of patients with efficient than 3A,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; 1B,2B patients efficiently than group 3B,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： special seratrodast montelukast similar to the clinical efficacy and safety,especially in the treatment of mild and moderate bronchial asthma,the new therapy is an effective treatment of bronchial asthma.
