摘　　要：目前 ,国际经济竞争日趋激烈 ,扩大内需日益紧迫。我们必须进一步提高对邓小平对内开放理论的认识 ,明确经济技术协作系统 ,是对内开放的组织者和生力军 ;支持横向经济技术协作 ;重视和积极参与区域合作 ;加强经济技术协作系统的内外联系 ,以加快国内大市场的形成 ,实现资源合理配置 。At present,international economic contest is daily intensing,which makes enlarging home market urgently .So we should deepen our understanding to Deng Xiaoping's theory on open-to-inside and to make clear and definte that economic cooperation system is the orgnizer and key force in its field.We should also expand the horizontal economlic and technological collaboration , attach importance and take an active part in regional economic cooperation and strengthen the contact with both inside or outside of the economic cooperation system in order to quicken the forming of the large home market,to realize rational resources disposition and to help forward the social development.
