摘 要:目的探讨军事飞行疲劳的综合评定方法与快速消除对策。方法采用文献荟萃的研究方法分析飞行疲劳的发生发展规律,评述飞行疲劳的评定方法和快速消除措施。结果飞行疲劳可使飞行工作能力和效率下降,过度疲劳严重威胁飞行安全。结论采取综合分析的方法判断军事飞行后疲劳的发生、飞行疲劳等级程度,利用多种手段快速缓解和恢复军事飞行疲劳是航空医学界亟待解决的重大理论和现实问题。Objective To explore methods for comprehensive assessment of military flying fatigue and strategy of its rapid elimination. Methods A retrospective review on fatigue assessment and rapid elimination from literature retrieval was made to analyze the regular pattern of the occurrence and development of flying fatigue, and in the meantime to assess the appraisal methods of flying fa- tigue and strategy of rapid elimination, and also to recommend suggestions for further research. Results Flying fatigue could cause de- crease in flying performance and operating efficiency of pilots, and over-fatigue could seriously threaten flight safety. Conclusion The problems of how to determine the occurrence of fatigue after military flight, how to assess the grade of flying fatigue, and how to elimi- nate flying fatigue rapidly with the method of comprehensive analysis have become important theoretical and practical ones demanding ur- gent solution in the field of aviation medicine.
