摘  要:目的探讨临床护理路径在胰岛素注射患者健康教育中的应用。方法将收治的98例糖尿病胰岛素注射患者分为观察组(58例)和对照组(40例),观察组按临床护理路径进行健康教育指导,对照组用常规方法进行教育指导,比较胰岛素对2组患者的治疗效果。结果 2组患者的健康教育和胰岛素治疗效果的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),观察组胰岛素治疗效果和患者健康教育效果明显优于对照组。结论应用临床路径是糖尿病胰岛素注射患者进行健康教育的有效途径,能明显提高糖尿病胰岛素注射患者的认知,提高治疗效果及治疗的依从性,提高患者对临床护理工作的满意度。Objective To explore the application of clinical nursing approach in the health education of diabetic patients with insulin injections. Methods Ninety-eight diabetic patients with insulin injections were randomly divided into the study group (58 ca- ses) and the control group (40 cases). Patients in the study group received health education with the application of clinical nursing ap- proach, while the patients in the control group received health education by using traditional routine method. Then, effects of insulin on the 2 groups were compared. Results Statistical differences could be seen in the effects of health education and therapeutic effects of insulin between the 2 groups ( P 〈 0. 01 ). The effects of insulin treatment and health education in the patients of the study group were obviously superior than those of the control group. Conclusion Clinical nursing approach was effective in the health education of dia- betic patients with insulin injections. It could significantly increase the awareness of diabetes patients, and in the meantime could en- hance patients" compliance to the treatment. In addition, it could also improve patients" satisfaction with clinical nursing.
