摘　　要：认为福建省发展循环农业具有良好的区域生态条件,不仅光温热水资源丰富,而且农业生物物种多样。近年来,生态强省建设卓有成效,农村基础设施初具规模,为现代循环农业的蓬勃发展提供了难得的机遇与厚实的平台。剖析了循环农业面临的物质合理流动的循环性,内生增长类型的综合性,高效有序运作的自然性,整体和谐发展的持续性,促进互利共赢的统筹性等挑战。提出了节约资源、有效利用,保护生态、防灾减害,防治污染、循环利用,选育良种、提高效率,多元投入、增强实力等发展策略。The development of circular agriculture in Fujian Province has a good regional ecological condition, which is not only rich in resources of water, light and thermal energy, hut also diverse species of agricultural biology. In recent years, it provided a rare opportunity and a solid platform for the flourishing of modem circular agriculture that the construction of ecological province was fruitful, and rural infrastructure begun to take shape. In this paper, the challenges in circular agriculture, such as cycling of reasonable material flow, comprehensive of endogenous growth type, naturality of efficient and orderly operation, continuity of the overall harmonious development, and promoting mutually beneficial and winwin co-ordination are dealt with. Meanwhile, it proposes the development strategies, including conservation and effective utilization of resources, ecological protection, disaster prevention, harm reduction, pollution prevention, circulating utilization, breeding improved varieties, improving efficiency, multiple input, and strength enhancement.
