摘 要:设计了带预热段的管式反应器(Ⅰ型)、带喷嘴及预热段的管式反应器(Ⅱ型)和3种不同进料方式的反应流程。在催化剂NiLaLiPt/Al2O3上,研究了煤油水重整制氢的影响因素,考察了两种反应器的制氢效果。结果表明,两种反应器都可用于煤油水重整制氢反应,制氢效果与煤油液空速有关。液空速小于0.12 h-1时,Ⅰ型反应器的制氢效果要优于Ⅱ型反应器;液空速大于0.12 h-1时,Ⅱ型反应器制氢效果较好。预热段可以提高煤油雾化程度和制氢效果。The tubular reactors with the preheating section (type I ),with the nozzle and preheating section (type II )were designed. At the same time,the three reaction flowsheets with different feed- stocks entering patterns were designed, too. On the NiLaLiPt/Al2O3 catalyst, the influence factors of hydrogen generation by kerosene water reforming were researched, and the results of two reactors for hydrogen production were studied. The results showed that both of the reactors can be used for kerosene water reforming, the hydrogen generation effects of two reactors are associated with liquid space velocity of kerosene. When the liquid space velocity is less than 0.12 h-1, the hydrogen generation result of reactor type I is superior to reactor type II. If the liquid space velocity is greater than 0.12 h-1, the result of the reactor type II is better. The kerosene atomization degree and hydrogen generation effects can be improved by preheating section.
