摘　　要：执行力建设在促进医院发展中地位举足轻重。本文从执行力内涵入手,分析了目前执行力缺乏的表现和原因,提出了加强执行力建设的对策。Increasing executive capacity is critical to hospital development. This article, based on the connotation of executive capacity, analyzes the status quo and reason of hospitals＇ lack of executive capacity and puts forward proposals of approaches to its enhancement.
