摘 要:目的优化特殊检查流程,提高工作效率,缩短病人住院时间。方法将医院制定的《特殊检查电子申请单预约工作流程》应用于住院病区工作中,比较应用前后各指标的变化。结果减少工作量及人力资源,缩短工作时间,提高工作效率及质量。医生、护士、患者的满意度调查分别由65.1%、69.3%、78.6%提高至91.7%、96%、92.3%(P<0.01)。随机开单至完成预约时间由平均16小时降至平均2小时(P<0.01)。结论医院信息化给医院管理带来了极大的方便,通过信息技术流程的不断优化,将特殊检查电子申请单在病区中广泛应用,取得了良好的效果,真正体现了以病人为中心的服务模式。Objective To optimize the process of special check-ups,improve work efficiency and reduce patients’ hospital stay.Methods To apply the "appointment workflow of the electronic application form of special check-ups" developed by the hospital to the work of inpatient area and compare the results before and after the application on each indicator.Results The work load and human resources needed were reduced;the working time was shortened;and the work efficiency and quality were improved.The satisfaction rate surveyed among doctors,nurses and patients increased from 65.1% to 91.7%,69.3% to 96%,78.6% to 92.3% respectively(P0.01),and the average time from doctors’request to the success of appointment making dropped from 16 to 2(P0.01).ConclusionHospital informatization brings great convenience to hospital management.Constant optimization of the process of information technology and widespread use of electronic application form of special check-ups in inpatient area produced good effects,demonstrating the patient-centered service pattern.
