开展“营造安全文化防范护理差错”活动的体会

摘　　要：目的剖析护理安全隐患,有效回避护理风险,降低护理缺陷,确保护理安全,提升护理质量。方法将安全文化视为一种安全管理思路运用到护理质量管理中,首先让护士明确服务对象,感悟工作责任,然后对护理工作中存在的安全隐患进行识别和评估,提出相应的护理措施进行风险控制,及时发现问题,及时进行整改落实,达到回避护理风险,保证护理质量的目的。结果通过营造护理安全文化活动,明确了护士对待安全问题态度,提高了安全意识,使护理缺陷发生率大大降低。结论将安全文化视为管理思路运用到护理质量管理中,可以降低护理缺陷,提高护理质量,和谐护患关系。ObjectiveTo analyze potential risks in nursing for avoiding risks and reducing defects effectively for safer and better nursing.Methods To regard safety culture as an approach of safety management and apply the approach to the quality management of nursing Firstly,to make nurses aware of their service recipient explicitly and understand the responsibility of their work.Then,to distinguish and assess potential risks in nursing and put forward relevant measures to control risks and reform in time,thus realizing the goals of avoiding nursing risks and ensuring nursing quality.Results With the ＂Dissemination of Safety Culture＂ activity,nurses’ awareness of safety were reinforced,which helped with the reduction of nursing defect rate remarkably.ConclusionTo regard safety culture as an approach of safety management and apply the approach to the management of nursing quality can reduce nursing defects and improve nursing quality and doctor-patient relationship.
