摘 要:在以技术为主要导向的医疗单位,医院管理干部的职业素质建设越来越被重视。后备干部作为干部队伍的新生力量,如何让他们在走上管理岗位前,在管理理论和管理实践方面作好充分准备,是关系到医院干部队伍可持续发展的重要工作。本文通过后备干部和主管领导两个不同视角调查了解后备干部的培训需求,并尝试寻求二者的最佳结合点进行后备干部培训体系的建设。In technology-oriented medical facilities,more and more importance was attached to the building of the professional quality of management.To get reserved management-the new blood to the management-well-prepared in theory and practice of management before they assume office was important for the sustainable development of the management of a hospital.This article discusses the training needs of reserved management from the perspective of reserve management and their leaders,and tried to find their common opinions on the training so as to provide a guide to the construction of the training system of reserved management.
