摘　　要：建立银行与医院联网的医院预约挂号与付费管理系统。系统主要的作用是通过医院与银行之间的联网,实现病人在银行与医院付费联网的统一。病人用"医通卡"实现自助预约挂号、化验、检查、取药刷卡交费等,减少多次排队,节省了患者就诊时间,方便病人就医,提高了病人满意度。To establish hospital reservation and payment management system which connects hospitals and banks. The main function of the system is to unify patients＇ payment in beth hospitals and banks by the network between them. Patients can use their deposit card that has the function of medical expenditure payment for serf-help reservation, tests, check-ups and dispensary etc., which can help patients reduce the times of queuing, shorten their visit time for more convenience visits and improve the satisfaction of patients.
