摘　　要：目的分析成批烧伤病人的死亡原因。方法对我院1998年5月救治一批18例大面积烧伤进行回顾性总结,分析了休克、感染、急性肾衰的致死原因。结果 18例中死亡9例,3例死于休克、1例死于急性肾功能衰竭、5例死于感染,死亡率50%。结论及时抢救及正确的治疗方法,是成功救治成批烧伤的关键。Objective To analyze the cause of death of mass burn patients. Methods In May 1998 treatments of 18 cases of severe burn were retrospectively summarized,analyzed on cause of death of the shock,infection,acute renal failure. Results Of 18 cases,9 died,of whom 3 cases died of shock, 1 case died of acute renal failure ,5 patients died of infection, with a mortality rate of 50%. Conclusion Timely rescue and the fight treatment is the key to successful treatment of mass burn patients.
