摘 要:以文献①中提出的基于过程的面向对象时空数据模型(POOSDM)为理论基础,将其应用于城市地籍信息管理系统中,以验证该模型的实践可行性。POOSDM是从时空语义建模的角度反映空间对象的演变过程,以及在这个过程中产生的事件因果联系,并且通过过程语义和面向对象思想的结合解决了时空动态数据的组织、存储和查询问题。通过分析城市地籍信息的时空变化特点,研究以POOSDM为基础的地籍地理实体对象化描述过程、相关定义和对象构建方法,探索城市地籍综合信息的组织方法和演变过程,为城市地籍时空数据管理提供新思路。The management of city cadastral informational is an important part of "wisdom city", this paper takes the Process- based Object-Oriented Spatial Data Model (POOSDM) as the theoretical basis. The model is used in cities cadastral information management system in order to verify the practically feasibility of the model. The POOSDM is put forward on the basis of analy- zing of existing space time data model and object oriented method, it reflects the spatial objects processes of evolution from the view of spatio-temporal semantic model, and the causal relationship which was produced by the events in the processes, and through the combination of process semantic and object-oriented. It also solves the problem of the organization, storage, and in- quires of the spatio-temporal dynamic data. As a result through analyzing the spatio-temporal characteristics of city cadastral in- formation, this paper researches the description process of objectification, relevant definition and the object structure method of the cadastral geographic entity, which based on the POOSDM, then it has explored the organization method and evolution process of the city cadastral comprehensive information, which providing a new train of thought for the management of the city cadastral spatio-temporal data. By applying this model to Cadastral Information System, it solves the management issue of the historical data and dynamic data of cadastral information, so it can bring about the integrate expression of cadastral information in timing feature,spatial feature and attribute feature.
