烧伤感染性休克的控制性低血压护理方法

摘　　要：目的探讨烧伤后特重度感染性休克病人的最佳血压水平及血压的控制、护理措施。方法报导3例救治成功的烧伤后特重度感染性休克病人的控制性低血压治疗及护理措施,介绍控制性低血压的动态血压监测、护理方法(持续动态有创血压监测是首选);监测、护理指标(主要指标包括动脉有创血压值及动脉压力波形两个指标)及低血压的控制、护理措施。结果 3名病人都抢救成功,痊愈出院。结论烧伤后特重度感染性休克病人的治疗及护理方法必须要结合病人各个器官的病理变化特点来制定。Objective Explore the best blood pressure lever of severe septic shock patients after burned, and the nursing measures of how to control the blood pressure. Methods Report the controlled hypotension curing and nursing measures successfully used in three cases of severe septic shock patients after burned. Introduce the am bulatory blood pressure monitoring and nursing methods （The leading choice is ambulatory invasive blood pressure monitoring） , monitoring and nursing indexes（ There are two important indexes： the invasive arterial blood pressure and the waveform of the arterial pressure pulsate）, and the control and nursing methods of controlled hypotension. Re sults Three patients were cured. Conclusion The curing and nursing measures of severe septic shock patients after burned must be based on the pathological features of every organ after septic shock.
