摘　　要：建立了高效液相色谱法测定硫酸氨基葡萄糖。采用C8色谱柱,以0.05%磷酸(用30%氢氧化钾溶液调至pH 3.0)-乙腈(60︰40)为流动相,检测波长195 nm。氨基葡萄糖在0.01～1.87 mg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好。回收率为100.4%,RSD为1.81%。An HPLC method was established for the determination of glucosamine sulfate.A C8 column was used with the mobile phase of 0.05% phosphoric acid（adjusted to pH 3.0 with 30% potassium hydroxide solution）-acetonitrile（60︰40） at the detection wavelength of 195 nm.The calibration curve of glucosamine was linear in the concentration range of 0.01-1.87 mg/ml.The recovery was 100.4% with RSD of 1.81%.
