摘　　要：伴随科技的飞速发展,许多企业面临着信息化建设,作为企业核心的人力资源,合理的信息化建设对企业的发展至关重要。针对这一问题,提出并设计了基于Delphi与Access的人力资源信息管理系统。以Delphi 7.0和Access 2000作为开发工具,设计的人力资源信息管理系统是一种开发迅速,成本低廉和运行高效的管理系统,与大型企业相比,更适合中小型企业人力资源的信息化建设。With the rapid development of science and technology, many enterprises are facing the informatization construc- tion. The human resources is the core of an enterprise, whose rational informatization construction is crucial to the develop- ment of enterprises. A human resources information management system based on Delphi and Aaccess was put forward and designed in this situation. With Delphi 7.0 and Access 2000 as development tools, the self-designed information management system of human resources is an easy development, low cost and high-efficient operation system. Especially, it is more suitable for the informatization construction of human resources in small and medium-sized enterprises.
