摘 要:煤炭和电力是能源系统紧密相连的上下游产业,但是目前的研究很少将两者联系起来,作为一个系统进行规划。以区域煤电一体化能源系统为研究对象,应用区间整数线性规划的方法,开发一个系统优化模型,以系统成本最小为目标,研究煤炭生产、输送、储存、配比,以及电厂扩容、生产和排污等问题。研究结果表明,煤电一体化能源系统优化模型能够有效反映和处理系统的复杂性和不确定性,满足煤电联营系统的运行和管理需求,提高能源系统的可靠性,减少污染物的排放,达到经济和环境效益双赢。Coal and power production is the closely-linked downstream and upstream industry respectively in the ener- gy system; however, few researches could relate them and plan systematically. This paper aims to study the local coupled coal and power system; accordingly a system management optimization model has been developed by integrating interval linear programming (ILP) and mixed integer linear programming (MILP) techniques. The model can provide desired solutions, with a minimized system cost, for coal production, allocation, storage and blending, as well as power plant expansion, generation and pollutant discharge. It is shown that the model can effectively reflect and han- dle the system complexities and uncertainties, totally qualified for the demands of the coal-power coupled system oper- ation and management. Thereby the energy system improves in reliability, and pollutant discharge is reduced, achie- ving win-win benefits for both economy and environment.
