摘　　要：介绍了目前国内外主流厂家对于高压电缆—架空线混合线路的重合闸继电保护解决方案,提出了一种基于新型零序电抗继电器的重合闸策略,能够实现电缆故障不重、架空线故障重合的要求,该策略已通过了EMTDC仿真计算和RTDS数字动模试验。This paper introduces the reclosing relay protection solutions for hybrid transmission lines consisting of HV power cables and overhead lines currently put forward by mainstream domestic and foreign manufactures. Then a reclosing scheme based on a new zero-sequence reactance relay is proposed to ensure that the reelosure will not reelose in case of cable fault, while reclose in case of overhead line fault. This scheme has been verified in the EMT-DC simulation calculation and RTDS test.
