摘　　要：目的评价Herbert螺钉治疗有移位的肱骨小头骨折的优越性。方法自2005年3月以来应用Herbert螺钉治疗有移位的肱骨小头骨折11例,按Bryan-Morrey肱骨小头骨折分型:Ⅰ型7例,Ⅱ型1例,Ⅲ型3例。结果经平均随访3年8个月,术后功能按Mayo评分优7例,良4例,大多数患者完全恢复正常,无并发症。结论 Herbert螺钉治疗肱骨小头骨折能提供牢固的内固定,大多数患者肘关节功能恢复良好,稳定无疼痛。在处理这类骨折中,本治疗方法较常规方法具有明显的优越性。Objective To evaluate the long-term clinical advantage results of Herbert screw in the treatment of capitellum fracture.Methods Eleven patients with displaced fractures of the humeral capitellum were treated by open reduction and internal fixation of the capitellar fragments with Herbert screws.Capitellum fracture patients were divided based on Bryan and Morrey classification： seven cases in typeⅠ,one case in type Ⅱ,three cases in type Ⅲ.Results Patient outcomes were evaluated using the Mayo elbow performance score.The follow-up period ranged from three to six years（mean 3.7 years）.All patients had a stable,pain-free elbow with good range of motion at follow-up.There was no evidence of avascular necrosis or degenerative change.Conclusion The Herbert screw can provi-de strong fixation and stability in the long-term follow-up.It is an ideal material in treating capitellum fracture.
