抗痨散治疗复治肺结核的疗效

摘　　要：目的观察抗痨散辅助治疗复治菌阳肺结核的临床疗效。方法将100例复治菌阳肺结核患者随机分为两组,治疗组50例,在采用常规抗结核药治疗的同时,配合抗痨散进行治疗;对照组50例,单纯予常规抗结核药治疗。观察病灶吸收、空洞关闭、痰菌阴转及临床症状改善等情况。结果治疗组和对照组在强化期痰菌阴转率分别为96%和78%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论抗痨散疗效确切,可明显缩短排菌时间,快速提高痰菌阴转率,促进病灶吸收,有较高的临床推广价值。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine powder（kanlao powder） combined with routine antituberculotic treatment in the treatment of re-treatment pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods One hundred patients with re-treatment pulmonary tuberculosis were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in control group（n=50） were given routine antituberculotic treatment.Patients in treatment group（n=50） were given kanglao powder on the basis of routine antituberculotic treatment.The changes of lesions absorption,cavity closure,sputum negative conversion and clinical symptoms were observed between the two groups.Results The sputum negative conversion rate of intensive treatment period in treatment group（96%） was higher than that in control group（78%,P0.01）.The lesions absorption and cavity closure of intensive treatment period were significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion Kanglao powder can shorten the time of bacteria existion,raise the sputum negative conversion rate,improve the lesions absorption and has definite effect on tuberculosis.
