摘 要:基于全寿命周期成本管理理念,提出用于变压器全寿命周期成本估算及分析的静态成本模型及动态成本模型,其中静态成本计及一次投资成本和报废成本,动态成本考虑运行维护成本、损耗成本、环境成本、故障成本.在此基础上利用等年值法对变压器各阶段的成本模型进行换算,并对总模型进行敏感性分析,确定LCC最小的方案,以达到年综合费用最小.以可用系数为效能指标,采用基于相对价值分析的费用效益优化模型,用于构建全寿命周期成本评价体系.最后,以福建省某新建500 kV变电站变压器选型决策为实例,对变压器进行全寿命周期成本估算及评价分析,选出最优方案,检验所建立模型的有效性.Basing on the life cycle cost management theory, the static and dynamic models which can be used in evaluation and analysis in the transformer life cycle cost are provided in this paper. The stat- ic cost model includes investment cost and disposal cost. The operation and maintenance costs, loss cost, environmental cost and failure cost are considered in the dynamic cost model. Year- equivalence method is used in the value conversion of transformer cost model. Sensitivity analysis is applied in total model to determine the minimum LCC program and achieve minimum comprehensive cost. Availability factor is used as performance indicator. The optimization model of relative value analysis and cost -ef- fectiveness, which can be used in the whole life cycle cost evaluation system and is set up. Finally, an example of the 500 kV transformer selection decision which is used to estimate and analyze the system for the transformer LCC is supplied to select the best program and test the effectiveness of the model.
