摘  要:通过对国内外起重机自重的比较,提出了我国起重机轻量化设计的必要性和迫切性。从设计理念、设计方法、材料、结构、机构、电气系统等方面阐述了桥式起重机轻量化设计的途径。结合目前我国桥式起重机轻量化设计研究进展,叙述了轻量化研究的相关项目和研究成果,预示了轻量化设计的趋势。对企业、监管部门、政府、用户在起重机轻量化进程中所扮演的角色和所起的作用进行了分析。为起重机轻量化设计和政策制定提供了有益的参考。By the comparison of weight with the crane made in China and abroad, the necessity and urgency of light-weight design in crane are proposed. In the aspects of design concept, design method, materials, structures, mechanism, electrical system and so on, the way of light-weight design of overhead travelling cranes are approached. Combining with the progress of light-weight design in overhead travelling cranes in China, the research projects and research results relating to light-weight technology in overhead travelling cranes are described. The trend of light- weight design in overhead travelling cranes is indicated. The role and effect of enterprises, regulatory authorities, governments, users in the process of light-weight in overhead travelling cranes are analyzed. There are a lot of useful reference for light-weight design in overhead travelling cranes and policy-making.
