摘　　要：目的探讨老年患者不安全用药行为情况,为护士进行安全用药指导提供依据。方法自行设计问卷,对本院165例住院老年患者用药行为进行调查,了解患存不安全用药行为情况。结果老年患者服药种类较多,存在服错药、漏服药、自行停药或增减服药剂量等不安全服药行为。结论 老年患者存在不安全用药行为,积极开展健康教育,提高老年患者安全用药意识,同时加强医院、社区、家庭等社会支持系统的功能,最终达到患者安全用药的目的。Objective To study the unsafety medication behaviors in elderly patients. Method The medication behaviors of 165 elderly inpatients involved the survey using a self-designed questionnaire. Result There were such unsafe medication behaviors as mistaken medication, missing medication, stopping medication on their own and increased or reduced dosages of medicine. Conclusion We should perform health education on medication behaviors among the elderly patients, and strengthen the social supports from hospitals, communities and families to achieve the purpose of safe medication.
