摘 要:目的了解影响肿瘤患者化疗间歇期经外周置入中心静脉导管(Peripherally Inserted Central Catheters,PICC)维护服务的因素。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷对本市开展PICC维护服务12家医院的187例留置PICC的肿瘤患者进行调查,内容包括患者对PICC维护服务的总体满意度及患者对交通的便捷性、服务流程、收费、维护环境、服务态度、维护技术和维护宣教的满意度。结果患者对化疗间歇期PICC维护服务总体满意度得分为(4.06±0.644)分,对服务流程、收费和就诊便捷性的满意度较低;往返交通时间、维护环境和服务流程是影响化疗间歇期患者对PICC维护服务总体满意度的主要因素。结论 优化PICC维护服务流程、开展社区PICC维护服务对提高肿瘤患者对PICC维护服务满意度具有积极的意义。Objective To investigate the PICC maintenance service for tumor patients in intermittent chemotherapy. Method Totally, 187 tumor patients involved in the survey via a satisfaction questionnaire for the tumor wards of 12 hospitals. Results Patients were satisfied with PICC maintenance service basically (4.06 ± 0.644). They had lower satisfaction with service flowchart, charging and convenience in visiting doctors. Time for transportation had significant influence on the overall satisfaction of patients. The satisfactions with environment and service procedure had great influence on the overall satisfaction level. Conclusion Optimization of service procedure and use of PICC maintenance is helpful for improvement of PICC patients.
