摘　　要：目的探讨半椎板入路显微手术切除椎管内肿瘤的护理经验。方法回顾分析23例经半椎板入路手术切除椎管内肿瘤患者的护理临床资料,总结临床护理经验。结果 21例患者肿瘤全切除,2例次全切除。3例患者因肿瘤所属的神经根切断出现相应肌肉运动障碍,随访6个月,其中2例完全恢复,另1例恢复不完全。其他患者未见脊柱畸形或活动障碍。结论 半椎板入路手术创伤小,术后恢复快,尽早进行功能锻炼,对患者早日康复具有积极的意义。Objective To summarize the experience in nursing the patients undergoing microsurgical resection of spinal cord tumor through hemilaminectomy approach. Method A retrospective analysis of 23 patients with intraspinal tumors removed by hemilaminectomy approach was done to sum up the nursing experience. Results Of all 23 patients, 21 patients had the tumors totally removed and 2 underwent subtotal resection of the tumor. Three patients had movement disorder because the nerve was invaded by tumor and removed in the surgery. After 6 months follow-up, 2 of them were full recovered and 1 incompletely recovered. There was no spinal deformity or movement disorder in other patients. Conclusions The microsurgical resection of intraspinal cord tumor through hemilaminectomy approach is minimally invasive, So earlier functional exercises are important for the earlier recovery of the patients.
