摘　　要：目的探讨适合急诊专科护士培训模式,以提高专科护士理论和操作水平。方法选择参加广东省急诊专科护士培训的47名学员,实施系统全面规范分层次的脱产培训,时间4个月。比较培训前后学员理论和操作考核成绩的差异,并调查学员对培训方法和效果的反馈意见。结果培训后学员理论和操作考核成绩均较培训前提高,培训前后比较,均P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;95.7%的学员认为经过培训收获较大。结论 采用系统全面规范分层次的培训模式可提高专科护士理论和操作水平,其培训内容和形式得到学员的认可,此模式是可行的和有效的,值得在今后专科护士的培训中应用和推广。Objective To explore the emergency nurse specialist training mode in Guangdong province so as to improve the abilities in specialist theory and nursing manipulations. Methods 47 nurse trainees were selected from those participating Guandong Emergency Nurse Specialists Training Program to receive full-time specialist training for four months. The differences in examination resuhs before and after training were compared and the questionnaire was used to survey trainee＇s feedback on training methods and effects. Results After training, the student＇s performances in theory and operation examinations were significantly better than before training. 95.7% students found they gained greatly. Conclusion The comprehensive, systematic standardized training may improve the emergency nurse＇s ability in nursing theory and operation skills. The training mode together with the contents were welcome by the trainees.
