手术室器械包过期现象根本原因分析及对策

摘　　要：目的分析手术室器械包过期现象的根本原因,并探讨相应的对策。方法采用根本原因分析法(root cause analysis,RCA)找出灭菌器械包过期的根本原因,并制订针对性的整改措施,比较应用RCA前后手术室器械包的过期情况。结果应用RCA后,无菌器械包过期发生率和消毒成本低于应用前,检查过期器械包耗时短于应用前(均P<0.05)。结论 应用RCA能对手术室无菌物品进行科学管理,降低无菌物品的重消毒率,并可提高工作质量,降低医院器械的灭菌成本。Objective To investigate the causes of expired instrument packages and propose corresponding Methods The causes of expired instrument packages were investigated with the root cause analysis （RCA） The measures for improvement were worked out and then taken into practice. The effects were compared between pre- and post-RCA. Results After RCA, the rate of expired packages and the cost for sterilization were significantly lower, and the expiry dates were significantly shorter than those before that （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The use of RCA may lower re-sterilization rate of the medical instrument packages, effectively enhance work quality and significantly reduce cost for sterilizing the medical instruments.
