摘  要:目的探讨提高医院护理水平和效益的途径。方法将营销策略融入现代护理理念中,包括建立顾客至上理念、创新护理服务理念、企业形象战略和顾客满意战略理念与现代护理理念融合、建立个体化和情感化护理服务理念等。结果更新了护理人员的观念,提高了医院的整体护理水平。结论 营销策略融入现代护理理念中可提高护理质量和效益。Objective To explore ways to improve the level and effectiveness of nursing service. Methods Marketing strategy was used in the concept of modem nursing by establishing the concepts of 'customers the first', 'innovating nursing care service', 'enterprise's image' and ' customer's satisfaction'. Result The nurses' concepts were updated and the nursing service of the hospital was improved. Conclusion Marketing strategy integrated into the modem nursing eoneepts ean improve nursing quality and benefits.
