PICC管理软件在PICC置管患者管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(peripherally inserted central catheter,PICC)管理软件在PICC置管患者管理中的应用效果。方法选择450例行PICC置管患者,对其运用PICC管理软件进行管理。观察运用PICC管理软件前后患者原始资料的完整性情况、护士录入每例患者资料的时间、患者PICC置管时间。结果应用PICC管理软件后患者原始资料的完整性从62.2%提高98.2%、护士录入每例患者资料的时间从5min缩短到2min、患者PICC置管时间从4～5个月延长7～8个月。结论 采用PICC管理软件对PICC置管患者进行管理可保证患者原始资料的完整性、提高护士工作效率和质量。Objective To investigate the effect of PICC management software on managing the patients with PICC. Methods 450 patients with PICC were managed with PICC management software. The completion of primary data on the patients, the time for nurses to record the patient＇s data and the duration for PICC were recorded and compared between pre- and post-use of the PICC management software. Results The completion of the patients＇ primary data was increased from 62.2% before use of PICC software to 98.2% after that. The time for nurses to record a patient＇s data was shorted from 5 min beibre the use of PICC software to 2 rain after that and the duration for PICC from 4 - 5 months to 7 - 8 months. Conclusion PICC management software used for PICC management may ensure the completion of primary data of PICC patients and improve the work efficiency and quality.
