摘　　要：目的观察心理干预前后飞行事故机组人员的心理情况。方法对1例飞行事故5名机组人员开展心理应激干预工作,并采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对相关人员进行心理健康评估,比较心理危机干预前后SCL-90测评数据。结果求助者自我评价和状态均明显好转,对飞行事故的发生有了正确的认识,增强了再飞行的信心。结论及时有效地心理干预有助于飞行事故后机组人员的心理恢复。Objective To explore the psychological conditions of aircrew involved in a flying accident before and after psychological crisis intervention.Methods A total of 5 aircrew were involved in a flying accident and received psychological crisis intervention,their mental health were estimated by SCL-90.Results Systematically psychological crisis interview could alleviate the crew’s symptoms of the self-appraisal and spirit status,aircrew could recognize this accident,and enhanced their self-confidence.Conclusion The effective systematically psychological intervention can get well with aircrew’ mental health.
