轻度认知功能障碍患者的共情能力缺陷研究

摘　　要：目的探讨轻度认知损害(MCI)患者共情能力损害情况,并进一步探讨其共情能力损害的可能机制。方法采用人际指针量表(IRI-C)对25例MCI患者和25例年龄及教育程度相匹配的健康对照组(health control,HC组)进行研究。结果与HC组比较,MCI患者组IRI-C总分(40.30±7.20),共情性关心(EC)(14.30±1.60),个人痛苦(PD)(1.98±2.13)差异均有统计学意义(t=-4.213,P=0.023;t=-2.413,P=0.002;t=-3.187,P=0.008),且MCI组的HAMD与IRI-C总分及PD分呈正相关(r=0.632;0.722,P=0.019;0.008)。结论轻度认知障碍患者存在广泛的共情能力缺陷,情感障碍可能是影响其共情能力损害的因素之一。Objective To investigate the empathy ability in patients with mild cognitive impair- ment （MCI） and further discuss the potential mechanism of the empathy ability impairment. Methods The Interpersonal Reactivity Index-C （IRI--C） were established and subsequently adminis- tered in 25 MCI patients and 25 healthy control （HC） participants who were matched in age and educa- tional level. Results Compared with healthy control group, the scores of IRI--C, EC, and PD in Par- kinson＇s disease patients were significantly impaired on the scores of IRI-C（40.30±7.20）, EC（14.30±1.60） and PD（2. 40±2. 03）, （t =- 4. 213,P = 0. 023; t =- 2. 413, P = 0. 002;t =-- 3. 187,P = 0. 008）. Furthermore, the HAMD were positively correlated with the scores of IRI--C and PD（r= 0. 632;0. 722, P = 0. 019 ; 0. 008） in MCI group. Conclusions Extensive defects in the ability of empa- thy in patients with MCI existed. The defect of emotional problems maybe one of the pathological mecha- nism for the impaired empathy of patients with MCI.
