精神科开放式管理病房开展优质护理服务效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨精神科开放式管理病房开展优质护理服务的效果。方法选取2010年7～12月我院实施"优质护理"的精神科开放式管理病房2个作为实验组,按《2010年四川省"优质护理服务示范工程"活动实施方案》细化实施方法开展优质护理519人;实施"整体护理"的精神科开放式管理病房2个508人作为对照组,自制调查表对两组间护理质量考核、护理人员"三基"考试成绩;出院时住院患者对护理满意度;患者对疾病相关知识了解情况;患者出院后第12个月治疗依从性、复发及回住原病房情况调查。采用t检验、χ2检验对相关数据进行统计分析。结果两组间各项护理质量考核、护理人员"三基"考试成绩;患者出院后第12个月复发及回住原病房情况、治疗依从性;出院时住院患者对护理满意度除总体评价外,患者对疾病相关知识了解情况除疾病预后外差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。住院患者对护理的总体评价;患者对疾病的预后均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论精神科开放式管理病房开展优质护理服务可提高护理质量及出院后患者治疗依从性,降低复发率,值得在精神科开放式管理病房全面开展。[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect on high quality nursing service in open management ward of psychiatric unit. Methods To choose 2 open management wards which implement high quality nursing service in a psychiatric unit from July to December in the year of 2010, according to the refine- ment implementation method from The demonstration project 2010 activities on high quality nursing serv-ice of Sichuan Province, and chose 519 inpatients who given the high quality nursing service as the Ex- perimental group ; but to choose 508 inpatients in 2 open management wards who given the ＂ Holistic nursing care＂ as the Control group, use the Self--made questionnaire on two groups of nursing quality assessment, nursing staff Three Basics exam results; the inpatients on satisfaction with nursing care when discharged; patients＂ understanding with the disease situation; the treatment compliance of patientsafter 12 months from discharged , relapse and back to the original unit for investigation. Using T test and X2 test on the relevant statistical data analysis. Results Among the two groups , besides the nurs- ing quality assessment, nursing staff Three Basics test scores; the patient was discharged after recur-rence and back to the original ward, 12 months of treatment compliance from discharged ; the patients＇ satisfaction towards nursing care when discharged; patients＇ understanding with the disease situationg hut the other sides such as patients＇ disease prognosis heterodyne was different significantly （P 〈 0. 05）. The overall evaluation on nursing care of hospitalized patients; patients on the prognosis of the disease werenot statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions To implement ＂high quality nursing service ＂ in open management ward of psychiatric unit, we can improve the quality of nursing care and treatment compliance of patients after discharge and reduce recurrence rate, this method is worth to carrying out comprehensively in psychiatric management unit.
