摘 要:神经病学是临床教学的难点,其疾病有其特殊的抽象性和复杂性,在临床实习中,同学们掌握起来十分困难,逐渐丧失兴趣,如何提高神经病学的教学质量,一直是神经病学教师面临的重要课题,元认知理论作为一种成熟的理论不断的被引入教学领域,本次实证研究旨在寻求元认知理论在神经内科临床实习教学工作中的积极作用的理论依据,给教学工作提供一种新思路,提高临床教学效果。Neurology, which has the special abstract and complexity of its own, is difficulty in clinical teaching. In the clinical practice, students has much difficulty in grasping at it, so lose their inter- ests in learning gradually. It is always an important topic for teachers of clinical medicine to how to im- prove the quality of teaching in neurology. Metacognition theory is introduced to the field of teaching contantly as the mature theory. This empirical study aims at seeking the theoretical basis of the positive role of metacognition theory in the cilinical practice teaching of the department of neurology, at providing teaching with a new kind of thoughts, and it finally improves the effect of clinical teaching.
