电话随访对ACS支架植入术后患者再住院及生活质量的影响

摘  要:目的电话随访对急性冠脉综合征(ACS)支架植入术后患者再住院及生活质量的影响。方法确诊为急性冠脉综合征患者64例,经过支架植入术后均痊愈出院,根据随机原则,分为治疗组与对照组各32例。两组除住院期间接受院内常规治疗和护理工作,治疗组于出院后1周内开始实施电话随访,持续24周。对照组不进行电话随访,但鼓励患者进行电话咨询。结果随访6个月,治疗组的再住院率明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组的生活质量总分、身体领域、情绪领域与其他领域的得分都明显少于对照组(P<0.05),表明其生活质量更好。结论电话随访在急性冠脉综合征支架植入术后患者的应用能够减少再住院率,提高生活质量,值得推广应用。Objective Follow--up telephone of acute coronary syndrome (ACS) after stent im- plantation in patients with readmission and quality of life. Methods Confirmed 64 cases of acute coro- nary syndrome patients were discharged after stent implantation, randomly divided into treatment group and control group of 32 cases. Two groups in addition to the hospital accepted regular hospital treatment and care, the treatment group within 1 week after discharge from the hospital began telephone follow-- up for 24weeks. The control group was not a telephone follow--up, hut to encourage patients to tele- phone counseling. Results The patients were followed up for 6 months, the treatment group re--hospi- talization rate was significantly less than the control group (P 〈 0.05). Quality of life score of the treat- ment group, the body field, emotional areas and other areas of the score was significantly less than the control group (P 〈 0.05), indicating that their quality of life was better. Conclusions Application of follow--up telephone interview after acute coronary syndrome stent implantation in patients can reduce readmission rates and improve the quality of life, and he worthy of widely applied.
