摘　　要：由爱国实业家范旭东创办的"永久黄"团体在抗日战争的八年时间中,毅然秉承"实业救国"的理念,坚定承担民族责任的信念。从抗战初期的遭受战争采取应激措施,到抗战中期的积极入川建厂,再到抗战后期的筹划复兴工业大计",永久黄"团体在国家危亡的关键时期,对于社会责任的切实践行思想一如既往:以国家、民族利益为己任。在范旭东的领导下",永久黄"团体根据战况适时调整企业行为,在大后方艰苦环境中成为践行企业社会责任的典范。The Yong Jiu Huang Group, which was founded by patriotic industrialist Shutung Fan, coura- geously stuck to the idea of saving the nation by engaging in industry and undertook the belief in national responsibility during the anti-Japanese war. Beginning with taking necessary measures and leading on by going to Sichuan to found plants and into the latter period of planning to revive China＇s industry, Yong Jiu Huang Group＇s thought of bearing social responsibility never changed especially when the nation was in crisis. With the country and nation＇s interest as their duty, Yong Jiu Huang Group which was in the charge of Shutung Fan adjusted its enterprise＇s behavior on the basis of warfare and became a good example which effectively implemented enterprise＇s social responsibility at that time no matter how bad the situation was.
