摘　　要：目的：探讨血透病人透析器首次使用综合症的反应防治及护理体会,预防和减轻首次使用综合症（FUS）的发生.方法：采用回顾性调查方法,对2000年12月至2006年1月期间我科维持性血液透析病人中透析器FUS的发生情况、相应的预防措施和护理体会进行了分析与总结.结果：201例首次使用透析器的血透患者中有7例患者发生FUS,通过采取加强对新透析器及管路的预处理及改用生物相容性高的透析器后,症状逐渐消失或减轻.结论：对使用新透析器的患者护士应加强护理观察,早期发现的FUS,应及时采取预处理措施和更换生物相容性好的透析器.Objective：To discuss the nursing and treatment methods for dialyzer first--use syndrome（FUS） in hemodialysis patients, and then to reduce and prevent the happenings of FUS. Methods： A retrospective analysis was used to detect the happenings of FUS in hemodialysis patients trea- ted in our department from Dec in 2000 to Jan in 2006, and the experience of prophylaxis and treatment procedures for FUS was concluded. Result：Of 201 hemodialysis patients first treated with new dialyzers,7 cases were suffered from FUS. The occurrence of FUS could be reduced by strengthing preproeessing when a new dialyzer was used or transferring to a new dialyzer with high hiocompatihility. Conclusion：Our nurses should pay more at- tention to the hemodialysis patients treated with new dialyzers,so we can early find the FUS and take effective preprocessing procedures or transfer to a new dialyzer with high biocompatibility.
