摘　　要：目的：总结SolitaireAB型支架取栓治疗急性脑梗塞动脉闭塞的术中护理要点.方法：对2010年5月～2011年5月我院收治的31例急性脑动脉闭塞进行支架取栓患者进行回顾.结果：大脑中动脉和基底动脉闭塞患者均成功再通,颈内动脉的再通率为67%.12例患者因为再通后仍存在管腔狭窄而放置了支架.术后颅内出血4例（12.9%）,死亡8例（25.8%）,在死亡的患者中,5例责任动脉在颈内动脉,3例在基底动脉.从发病到获得再通时间超过8h者8例,其中死亡2例,均为颈内动脉闭塞患者.90d随访患者中出院MRS评分预后良好（modified Rankin Scale score〈2）的有15例（48.4%）.结论：快速有效完善术前准备,密切观察生命体征变化,尤其是血压的变化,注意患者有无出血倾向是护理的重点.Objective：To summarize the nurse experiences in operation with Solitaire AB stent for acute cerebral artery embolectomy. Methods：Re- view 31 cases by Solitaire AB stent for arterial embolectomy in ac.ute cerebral artery occlusion from last May in 2010. Result： Successful recanalization defined as thrombosis in cerebral ischemia grade 2b or 8,all. of MCA and BA have got successful recanalization, 6 cases rcvascularization in ICA. 12 cases deployed stent because residual stenosiso Postoperative intracranial hemorrhage in 4 cases（12.9%）, 8 patients died（25.8 %） ,in deaths, 5 cases with ICA occluded,3 case in BA. The time from the symptoms onset to recanalization beyond 8h in 8 cases,2 patients with carotid artery occlusion died in these patients. During the 90--day follow-- up period, 15 patients（48.4%） showed good functional outcome at 3 months （modified Rankin Scale score〈2）. Conclusion; Finish the preoperative preparation quickly and effectively andobserve vital signs closely, especially blood pressure, atten- tion to patients with or without bleeding tendency is the focus of care.
