膝半月板损伤行关节镜术后的中西医结合康复护理

摘　　要：目的：探讨膝半月板损伤行关节镜术后中西医结合康复护理对膝关节功能恢复的影响.方法：选择行关节镜手术治疗的膝半月板损伤患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例.观察组在对照组基础上加用中医康复护理,对照组采用常规西医护理.结果：观察组患者术后1、2、3、4周关节肿胀度、关节活动度的改善明显大于对照组,P〈0.05.结论：中西医结合康复护理可明显减轻膝半月板损伤关节镜术后患者膝关节肿胀度,增加关节活动度,改善膝关节功能.Objective：To investigate the efficacy of function of knee joint by rehabilitation nursing combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine after treatment of meniscus injuries of the knee under arthroscope. Methods：60 cases with meniscus injuries received operative treatment un- der arthroscope were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group with 30 cases, control group adopt western medicine nursing Conventionally while observation group added Chinese traditional nursing base on control roup. Result： patients on observation group were significant improvement than those of control group on joint swelling and motion postoperation of 1,2,3,4 week, P〈0.05. Conclusion：rehabilitation nursing combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine can obviously reduce swelling of knee joint,increase motion of joint,improve func- tion of knee joint of patients after treatment of meniscus iniuries of the knee under arthroscope.
