摘　　要：目的：观察氟米松联合复方苯甲酸软膏治疗进行性指掌角皮症的疗效.方法：将68例确诊的进行性指掌角皮症患者分为治疗组38例,外用药为氟米松联合复方苯甲酸软膏,对照组30例,外用药去炎松尿素乳膏,观察两组的疗效.结果：治疗组的总有效率为94.8%,对照组为50%,两组之间差异有显著性（P＜0.05）,全部病例在治疗中未出现明显不良反应.结论：氟米松联合复方苯甲酸软膏治疗进行性指掌角皮症安全、有效.Objective：Observe fluorine compound benzoic acid ointment for joint dipropionate for sex refers to the effect of skin disease palm An- gle.
