摘　　要：阐述了当前国内外防污涂料技术研究和发展的现状,以及环境友好型防污涂料发展趋势,详细介绍了含/不含杀虫剂防污涂料的特点和现状。指出开发更高性能、节能、环保(应同时考虑大气和海洋环保)的防污涂料是方向。This paper introduces the whole research and development status domestic and overseas at present and development trend of environment-friendly antifouling coatings in the future; details the characteristics and present situation of pesticides-free antifouling coatings; and points out the development trends of high performance, energy saving and environmental protection antifouling coatings （ in the same time, both atmospheric and oceanic environment protection should be considered）.
