摘　　要：通过对１９９９年全国供电用户可靠性、发电设备主机可靠性、输变电设施可靠性及辅助设备可靠性情况进行评价，分析电力规划、设计、制造、安装、调试及生产各个环节存在的薄弱之处，指出未来几年电力可靠性管理的主要任务和改进方向。Through the appraisals on the reliabilities of nationwide customer service, main equipment of generating units, transmission and distribution equipment and auxiliaries in 1999, the weak links in power planning, design, manufacturing installation, debugging and production etc. sectors are analyzed, and thus the key tasks and improvement directions in electric reliability management in the coming years are indicated.
