电针针刺经筋结点结合康复疗法治疗中风后肩关节半脱位的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察电针针刺经筋结点结合康复疗法对中风后肩关节半脱位的治疗效果。方法:采用随机分组的方法,将患者分为治疗组和对照组,每组各20例。两组均进行康复训练,治疗组在康复训练的基础上加电针针刺经筋结点,观察两组治疗效果并进行对比分析。结果:治疗组显效14例,有效5例,总有效率95%,与对照组(75%)比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:电针针刺经筋结点结合康复疗法治疗中风后肩关节半脱位疗效明显。Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of electro-acupuncture to stimulate the meridian sinew nodule combined with rehabilitation technique on treating shoulder joint subluxation after stroke.Methods：40 patients were divided into two groups randomly,the treatment group and the control group.Every group included 20 patients.Two groups were exerted rehabilitation technique,the treatment group was given acupuncture at the same time.We observed and analyzed the efficacy.Results：The efficiency in the treatment group（95%） was evidently higher than that in the control group（75%）（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical efficacy is obvious for electro-acupuncture to stimulate the meridian sinew nodule combined with rehabilitation technique on treating shoulder joint subluxation of stroke patients.
