电针足三里穴对正常大鼠5-HT的影响

摘　　要：目的:通过观察电针足三里穴对正常大鼠血清、下丘脑中5-HT含量以及胃、肠、脑组织5-HT表达的影响,研究足三里穴与胃特异性机制。方法:按随机原则将40只SD大鼠分为正常对照组,三阴交1、2组,足三里1、2组,共5组,每组8只。高效液相法检测血液及下丘脑中5-HT含量,免疫组化法检测5-HT在胃、肠、脑组织中的表达。结果:足三里1、2组5-HT含量明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05),且足三里1、2组分别高于三阴交1、2组(P<0.05)。胃、肠、脑组织中5-HT阳性表达IOD,足三里1、2组高于正常对照组(P<0.05),足三里组高于三阴交组(P<0.05)。结论:电针足三里穴能有效调节正常大鼠血清及组织中5-HT的变化,具有穴位特异性,提示足三里穴与胃之间存在相关性,为穴位脏腑相关理论提供科学依据。Objective：To study the special interation between Zusanli and stomach by observing the effect of electroacupuncture（EA） at Zusanli on 5-HT of normal rats.Methods：40 SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group,Sanyinjiao 1 and 2 group,Zusanli 1 and 2 group,with 8 cases in each group.The content of 5-HT in the blood and tissue was detected with the methods of high performance liquid chromatography.Methods of immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization were used to detect the expression of 5-HT.Results：The content of 5-HT in Zusanli 1,2 group were significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）,and higher in Zusanli than that in Sanyinjiao group respectively（P〈0.05）.The expression of 5-HT of the stomach,intestine,brain in Zusanli 1,2 group was higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）,and higher in Zusanli than that in Sanyinjiao group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The content of 5-HT of normal rats can be regulated by EA at Zusanli.It can be verified that Zusanli is a specific point to stomach,the special relations exist in Zusanli and stomach.That can provide scientific evidence for the theory of acupoint and visceral coupling.
