于氏头针为主治疗中风后抑郁的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察于氏头针治疗中风后抑郁的临床疗效。方法:将42例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组21例。治疗组采用于氏头针的额区结合中医辨证组成相应的穴位配方,对照组口服西药百忧解。所有患者均进行中风的基础治疗;所有患者在治疗前、治疗2周、4周后分别进行HAMD(24项)评分以判定疗效。结果:两组患者在治疗前后HAMD评分均具有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗4周后,两组HAMD疗效无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:于氏头针能明显改善中风后抑郁患者的抑郁状态。Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Yu’s scalp acupuncture on poststroke depression.Methods：42 cases were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,and each group had 21 cases.The treatment group was selected by the treatment of the frontal area of Yu’s scalp acupuncture and point selection in accordance with traditional Chinese medicine of syndrome differentiation.The control group was selected by fluoxetine hydrochloride.All patients were treated by primary care of stroke.The therapeutic efficiency in the groups was evaluated with HAMD score（24） before the treatment,two weeks and four weeks after the treatment.Results：All patients in the groups with HAMD score there was a significant difference（P0.05） between two groups with HAMD therapeutic efficiency after four weeks treatment.Conclusion：Yu’s scalp acupuncture may significantly improve depressive state of poststroke depression patients.
