心脑通络液对脑梗塞大鼠脑组织细胞凋亡率的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨心脑通络液对局灶性脑缺血大鼠脑组织细胞凋亡率的影响。方法:采用线栓法复制局灶性脑缺血大鼠模型,以步长脑心通为阳性对照药,于造模成功48h后观察心脑通络液对局灶性脑缺血大鼠脑组织细胞凋亡率的影响。结果:与模型组比较,心脑通络液各剂量组脑组织细胞凋亡率均有不同程度降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05),以高剂量组降低最为显著,高、低剂量组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:心脑通络液可抑制局灶性脑缺血大鼠急性期细胞凋亡率。Objective：To observe the effect of XinNaoTongLuoYe on the apoptotic rate in brain of focal cerebral ischemia rats.Methods：To make the model of focal cerebral ischemia by inserting nylon thread,compared with Buchangnaoxintong,the effect on the apoptotic rate in brain of focal cerebral ischemia rats was observed in 48h after cerebral ischemia.Results： Compared with model group,the apoptotic rate of each dose group of XinNaoTongLuoYe decreased and the difference was significant（P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）with the most markedly changing of high-does group,the difference among high-dose group,low-dose group and control group was significant（P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）.Conclusion：XinNaoTongLuoYe can repress apoptotic rate in acute period of rats with focal cerebral ischemia.
