摘　　要：以仝小林教授治疗早期糖尿病肾病为例,阐述一种名老中医病案数据挖掘的方法。设定以疾病为中心,运用数据统计进行挖掘,其内容主要包括选取病种、确立筛选病例标准、保存病例、数据标准化、设计和填写表格、建立EpiData数据库,数据录入、制定疗效评价标准、统计分析等。In this paper,with the example of Professor TONG Xiao-lin’s experience for the treatment of the early diabetic kidney disease,a method of mining old TCM doctor’s experience of treatment record data is described.This method is set as the center of disease,the use of statistics for mining,which mainly includes selected diseases,to establish standards for screening cases,save cases,data standardization,design program,and fill out a case report form,the establishment of EpiData database,data entry,the development of efficacy evaluation standard statistical analysis and so on.
