摘　　要：大型电机企业是中国机电产业发展的主力军。湘电集团在以电机制造为核心,向上下游和四周发散发展过程中面临一系列风险。运用模糊综合评价法分析结果表明,在电机产业链风险中,管理风险是最为重要的一个因素。Motor industry chain takes motor equipment manufacturing as core. This article taking XEMC as the example, explores patterns of industry chain with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and makes all-round evaluation on the risks of industry chain. It shows management risk is the most important element.
