大拉线机生产退火铜线质量问题的探讨

摘　　要：连续退火 (交流 )大拉机使用盘式收线生产时 ,大规格铜线有时性能不稳定。分析其原因 ,对设备进行改进调整后 ,提出用圈式收线解决了这一问题 ,生产运行良好 ,退火铜线性能稳定 ,废品减少 ,提高了生产效率 。Large size copper wires produced by continuous annealing AC bull block using disk type take up sometimes show unstable performance. The causes are traced and adjustment of equipment is made. It is found that the use of coil type take up may solve the problem, in combination with which the bull block operates well with stable performance of annealed copper wire, reduced scraps, higher productivity and satisfying effects.
