“民工荒”对企业用工的启示

摘　　要：随着中国经济的发展,农民工对促进中国经济发展的作用越来越大。然而,近10年来出现的"民工荒"现象却给中国企业的发展带来了严重阻碍,并且已经引起了全国大多数企业的极大关注。"民工荒"现象已经不仅是沿海地区的"专利",而且开始逐步向西部地区延伸,所以,解决"民工荒"问题已经成为当务之急。企业用工的不合理是造成"民工荒"现象的原因之一,因此,企业应当承担相应的责任,采取相应的措施来缓解"民工荒"现象对企业造成的影响。With the development of the Chinese economy, migrant workers are more and more important to promote Chinese economy. However, in the recent 10 years the phenomenon of shortage of migrant workers has not brought serious obstacles to the Chinese enterprises, and caught the most enterprises＇ attention. The phenomenon of shortage of migrant workers has been happening from the coastal areas to the west areas. Solving the problem of the shortage of migrant workers is an urgent affair. Unreasonable employment is one of the reasons of the migrant workers＇ shortage. Then, enterprise shall undertake the corresponding responsibility, and take the appropriate action to reduce the impact of the enterprise.
