玻璃酸钠注射联合密集型银质针导热治疗膝骨关节炎

摘　　要：目的:探讨玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射联合密集型银质针导热治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法:选择90例膝骨关节炎患者,随机均分为3组,I组为关节内注射+银质针组,II组为关节内注射组,III组为关节内注射+外周痛点阻滞组。所有病人经过5周治疗及三个月后随访。采用Lequesne指数、Lysholm膝关节评分和视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)评价膝骨关节炎的治疗效果。结果:经过5周治疗,I组治疗后Lequesne指数、Lysholm膝关节评分和疼痛VAS评分的改善均明显高于II组和III组(P<0.05),并且III组高于II组(P<0.05)。三个月随访I组疗效仍高于其他两组,II组和III组相比无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射联合密集型银质针导热治疗膝骨关节炎有确切疗效,可以达到减轻疼痛,改善功能,提高患者生活质量的目的 ,并且具有见效快,疗效持久的优点。Objective： To explore the clinical efficacy of sodium hyaluronate intra-articular injection combined with intensive silver needle thermal treatment on knee osteoarthritis.Methods： 90 knee osteoarthritis patients randomly and evenly were divided into three groups： group I,II and III.Group I was treated with sodium hyaluronate intra-articular injection combined with intensive silver needle thermal treatment.Group II was treated with sodium hyaluronate intra-articular injection.Group III was treated with sodium hyaluronate intra-articular injection combined with pain point block.Lequesne index,Lysholm knee scores and visual analogue scale（VAS） were used to evaluate the clinical effects.All patients（n = 90） were treated for 5 weeks and followed up for 3 months.Results： After 5 week treatment,the clinical effects in group I were significantly better than that in group II and III（P 〈 0.05）,and the clinical effects in group III were better than that in group II（P 〈 0.05）.After 3 month follow-up,group I was still better than group II and III（P 〈 0.05）,but there was no significant difference between group II and III.Conclusion： Sodium hyaluronate intra-articular injection combined with intensive silver needle thermal treatment can reduce the pain and improve the function of the knee,and the clinical efficacy can last for at least 3 months.
